Asparagus always remind me of Spring. I got this bunch of asparagus in my box of veggies from Farm Fresh to You. They were the skinniest stalks I've ever seen, but they were tender and were delicious. I just put them on a grill pan drizzled olive oil over, salt and pepper and a squirt of lemon juice when they were done. I think with the left overs I'll make it into a pasta dish.
