We had traditional corned beef on St. Pat's Day, corned beef sandwiches last night so with the last (thank goodness) of the corned beef I made hash. I was going to use a food processor but I like chopping by hand, kind of a zen thing. So, I had some for breakfast this morning.. yum!
I made some too! Do you put the hash in a hot pan and then make a hole for the egg..and cook it all together? I was going to poach eggs but I like your idea better.
