TOAST OF THE TOWN

Once again this year Wine Enthusiast is presenting its Toast of the Town wine event in San Francisco. It will be March 26, 2009 at the War Memorial Opera House. The ticket prices are: VIP (you get in 2 hours earlier than everyone else and get to taste some of the more premium and rare wines plus entry into the Grand tasting) $175.00. Grand tasting: $95.00, $85.00 if you purchase 4 or more tickets and $75.00 with 12 or more tickets.
The VIP tasting begins at from 5:00pm -7:00pm then the Grand tasting is from 7:00pm-10:00. The VIP is the whole night 5:00-10:00 if you can still stand after all that wine and food.
I went last year and it is a lot of fun, 3 floors of food and drinks. The food is from some of the best restaurants in San Francisco.
I know the economy is bad but if you want a fun evening and it is well worth the price, check it out.
