The Kitchen with the Sacramento Epicureans

Last night the Sacramento Epicureans group lead by Paul met at The Kitchen for our annual dinner. Sorry no pictures, I was just there to eat! By some mix up the people who had signed up the counter spots got knocked off the list and our spots were given to others. Paul was a little upset but it all worked out and everyone had a wonderful time. We had second helpings of the Lobster Mac and Cheese and also of the Japanese 'Katsuo' Tuna on a Bed of Virginia Sea Scallop Medallions with a Sauce of Wild Prawns, Chervil, Preserved Lemon and Trout Roe.As always everything was delicious but those were the two really outstanding dishes.
We had a really great time.. Thanks for setting it up again this year Paul.
