Wow, January is over already! How did things fly by so quickly? Last I remember I was trying to get Christmas going and now we are looking at Valentines day. February looks to be an extrememly busy month. Saturday we are taking my mother to Hawk in Roseville for her 86th birthday. I'll post about that later. Next week I'm going to try Sacrocranial Therapy. I took a class about it at the Natural Food Co-op last night and it was very interesting. It is a holistic healing that releases the adheasions in the body that develop through injury, both physical or psycholocial. It heals the body and as a result a broad spectrum of ailments. My hands have been tingly and gets numb so I'm hopeing this might help. I will let you know the results.
Next up is my daughter's baby shower... then I'm off to Hawaii and that pretty much wraps up the month. I will blog about about all the events as they happen.
