Hmmm

Well, I'm striving to try to write something daily. Actually, this is my relaxation. After a day of pretty much doing nothing... office work, invoicing, answering the phones etc. PLUS laundry, cooking dinner, going grocery shopping, cleaning the house of dog and cat hair and dirt.. ever present dirt, feeding and caring for dogs, cats, giving insulin shot to cat, you know doing nothing all day.. I get to sit down in the evening after dinner, doing the dishes, running out and buying dog and cat food, finishing laundry, paying bills, feeding the animals, insulin shot for cat again, the basic nothing much and just kind of get into my own little world reading blogs, Food Forum, E-mail, whatever. Hubby is in bed.. I can watch what I want without someone changing the channels..(Lakers/Phoenix game). Which brings up another subject why is it that men cannot watch one show? Why do you need to surf? Why when I'm watching a show, he can come in and just change the channel??? I wouldn't even think of doing something like that to someone.. so if it is something I really want to watch I just keep the remote in my hand and then NO ONE gets it. Do other husbands do that or just mine?
Another subject.. I went for the first time to Taylor's Market. In all my 50+ years of living in Sac. and going to school at McClatchy, I have never gone to Taylor's. For some reason I never think of it. I'll go out to Corti Bros. or David Berkley or Seland's Market.. never Taylor's. I will from now on. It is such a cool little place with most all the same things as any of the other specialty stores I frequent. A really nice find.. finally. Well, I guess that's about it for this evening...
