Pumkin seeds

Wash the pumkin seeds, separate all the "guts" from the seeds.
In a sauce pan of water add salt, lots of salt. The water should be salty like the ocean as they say. Add the pumpkin seeds and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and let the seeds sit in the salt water until cool. Once cool, drain and spread on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Roast in a 350 oven until toasted.. about 15 minutes or so. You will smell when they are done. Let cool... ENJOY.
