Duck Confit.. I love duck, any kind of duck.. we went to Plan B since it was close and Charlie was tired since he left at 3AM to go duck hunting. Not much luck.
Duck Confit was one of the special.. it was wonderful. I asked if it could be made with something other than the typical leg and the owner said yes and wild duck would work well. If Charlie or his friends ever shoot a duck I'm going to try to make it. Charlie had the Salmon.. it was also very good.. perfectly cooked. I like that place. Their wines are outstanding also.
