Sushi Samba is a Japanese, Peruvian, Brazilian fusion restaurant in Las Vegas at the Venetian.
The restaurant itself was modern Japanese decor, casual with a very hip (is that word still used?) atmosphere. I like restaurants with small plates so this was perfect. The menu is divided into Japaneses dishes and South American dishes.
Mostly Tianna and I had the Japanese small plates but Charlie went with the Churrasco the South American grilled meat platter. The food and the service were good.
