I love, love, love Chairman Bao, my favorite Food Truck!!!! When we were planning a lunch event at work, someone "strongly" suggested getting Chairman Bao to cater...(great idea, right??? YES!!!!!). Chariman Bao had wanted to come to our worksite (China Basin) to prepare the baos but was unable to due to parking conflicts so they delivered them instead. Unfortunately, they were only able to deliver the baked baos because the steamed baos would have become "soggy" upon arrival. This was my 1st tasting of the baked baos & they were DELICIOUS!!!!! (So, Chariman Bao not only delivered the baos personally, but they delivered in taste, too!)...Now, if you don't know what baos are, then take a look:
