I just read in the paper what a hit this taco has become recently. I first posted this blog in July 2009. I thought I'd repost so you all can enjoy Spencer's tacos again.OK this is for people with "tween" kids or grand kids who watch iCarly . Apparently Carly's brother Spencer makes these tacos on the show. Tianna thought they sounded good so she wanted to try them. So here is the recipe for all the iCarly fans.
Spaghetti,any kind home made, canned, frozen what ever your favorite is
Crunchy taco shells
shredded cheese
Make spaghetti, stuff into a taco shell, top with cheese.
Enjoy!
OK, I will tell you that it's not bad..it would have been better with home fried taco shells. The one we had were rather stale.

Hmm my daughter started watching ICarly this June. We saw that episode together. Maybe I'll do that for dinner. :)
