Banderas again.

OK so I've written about Banderas several times, but to me it's always worth writing about because no matter what anyone says, it's consistently good. Tonight I met with a group of friends for a Christmas dinner. Unfortunately we didn't get a picture of Trena and her daughter Nikki. We started with the Cornbread which is so good and also the excellent House Smoked Salmon. Both are outstanding. Trena had the Grilled artichoke as her entree, her daughter Dominique had the Hawaiian Ribeye special plus I shared some of my Cheese Burger with her. Faith had the Chicken Enchilada, Laree had the Prime Rib sandwich and Lois had the Thai noodle salad, which was huge.

Everyone enjoyed their meals and we had a lot of good conversation and fun. Then of course desert. Oreo cookie Sundae and their famous banana cream pie.

The banana creme pie is good because they bake the pie minus the bananas..the bananas are slice atop the custard filling so that it doesn't turn brown and mushy.

Great food again as always, I've never had a bad meal or bad service here.

A fun time was had by all...
