WHAT A MORNING...

Is noon too early for a drink? This morning has been just plain weird. This morning I had to take my mother's cat and mine to the vet for shots. I finally got my mother's cat (Sumi) stuffed into the carrier and he was yowling at the top of his lungs. My cat is used to being in the crate and just walks in..he's wonderful. He doesn't make a sound either. As we are driving and it only takes about 10 min. to get there Sumi is howling his head off and all of a sudden Taz give a little mew and spews vomit. Twice he did this! It was kind of like the Exorcist which was good since most of it ended up on the floor mat which I took out and hosed off when we got home. I was planning to get gas so when I pulled into the station I got a bunch of paper towels and cleaned as best I could inside the carrier. I figured they would clean it up for me at the vets office. Sumi is still howling. At the vet's the cats get their shots, they clean up both Taz and his carrier and we are headed home. Sumi is still howling, though not as loud I think he is finally loosing his voice. I'm getting a headache. I get a call from Sue telling me she had pneumonia! Poor thing.. now I have to worry about her and how she is doing and I should make something for dinner and take it to her. We are signed up for a cooking class at William-Sonoma Thursday night and a dinner at Whole Foods on Friday. I call William-Sonoma to cancel Sue and they ask if I had already paid. Yes, yesterday with my credit card. They can't find it, she'll call me back. Yesterday I had to call them because Shankari who is giving the class said Sue and my name weren't on the class list. When I called they said No, we were not signed up. What!! I signed up last week and they charged my credit card.. I looked online. They couldn't find us anywhere..now today they have us down for the class but not the payment. The woman calls me back and found the charge and also found the charge for the class they didn't sign me up for..so we got it all straight. OK..it's noon.. I need a drink. Maybe it's just me, maybe it's too much coffee this morning but this whole morning has frazzled me. I still have the rest of the day to get through. Luckily the rest of the day was pretty uneventful.
