This is the 1/4 sheet cake I made for Kenzie's birthday. I've been making her birthday cake since she was 2 and she is turning 7. She loves Hibiscus flowers so this is her 2nd hibiscus cake. Chocolate cake with chocolate filling and whipped cream frosting..
Powerpuff Girls.. Emi's carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. I took this opportunity to play with a little rolled fondant, that's what the pink,green, and blue "zip" in back of the girls is made of. It dries quickly but not too hard to work with at least in little pieces. I'll try covering a cake on of these days.
The girls were thrilled with their cakes and I had fun making them.
