2nd ANNUAL FAMILY AND FRIENDS BARBECUE POT LUCK

Nance and Mike again hosted our annual barbecue. We've been friends since high school and longer and we try to get our families together once a year especially our parents since they are all getting along in age. My mother decided she didn't want to attend this year.
Everyone brings a dish to barbecue for their family, but there is always enough for everyone Mare brought Kentucky Fried Chicken, because her dad loves it. She also made an awesome green salad. Chris brought her hot dogs and sausages and Chow Mein and her brother Dennis brought some Teriyaki Chicken to barbecue..actually he just wanted his picture in the blog : ) It passed the "Foodie" test, it was great
Karen brought Larb a Thai dish of ground pork and seasonings in lettuce cups..
Nance made some barbecued chicken and I brought some steaks to grill and make a steak salad plus the Baked Spinach and Asparagus Risotto from Katie Thompson at Sac Foodies

Of course desert: Mrs. Leung brought her famous Marble Chiffon cake. She wasn't happy with the way it turned out but it was as good as always. Nance made some chocolate bars and I made strawberry ice cream from Catherine's recipe ~MUNCHIE MUSINGS. It was all so good!
We all ate too much and had a great time.

Here are some pictures of our day
