This is one party we love to cater.. we get to stay and party! Every year on the Saturday closest to St. Patrick's day is when Gary has is wine party. We always cater the food. We always do Teriyaki Salmon, Chicken Satay w/Peanut Sauce,and Deviled Eggs, Bacon wrapped Shrimp,Gary provides the Smoked Salmon from Bandera. This year we added a few things.. Pani Puri(those little puffs and sauce with condiments), Chicken Tika and Rice and a Yogurt Date Raitha and also Carrot cake. The last two were requests for a couple of birthdays. AND as always wonderful wine.. we start with Silver Oak- Alexander Valley then move on to the Silver Oak-Napa Valley then the Caymus Vineyards Cab. All the wines are wonderful. There is also beer, soda and white wine. I'm not sure what the white is. As alway lots of good company, food and wine.
