It's over!!!! Whopee... and now my granddaughter will be here tomorrow morning. I hope I have the strength to keep up with her.. thank goodness she's 9 and self sufficient. I'm beyond tired. I'll post about the party we catered and some about Christmas dinner..which even though it could have been disastrous, it turned out great.

Eileen is a former caterer in the Sacramento area. When her business partner Sue fell ill, Karen stepped in to help write restaurant reviews, recipes, and food events.
