What are you thankful for this year? I'm thankful that I'm not the only one who has AAADD,see(Cooking Schmooking..No Problem). I'm thankful for all my friends who put up with me. I'm thankful that my mother is in good health and still able to go out for Thanksgiving dinner.
I'm thankful my daughter is in good health and the baby is developing normally. I'm thankful my granddaughter is still interested in visiting her grandmother. I'm thankful my son in law is such a good guy, I think he'll make a great dad.
I'm thankful for all of you who actually read my blog.. it still surprises me that anyone does : )

Eileen is a former caterer in the Sacramento area. When her business partner Sue fell ill, Karen stepped in to help write restaurant reviews, recipes, and food events.
Eileen lives in Sacramento, is married and has a daughter, son-in-law and 3 granddaughters. She also has 4 horses, 3 cats and 2 dogs and helps run a business with her husband when not cooking or eating.
