Chicken Fried Steak and Radicchio Slaw with Honey Dressing

Mmmm. don't you just love chicken fried steak? This is a pretty standard recipe by The Pioneer Woman Cooks..thepioneerwoman.com the Radicchio Slaw is a recipe from Michael Chirarello.
Both recipes are super easy and super good.

Eileen is a former caterer in the Sacramento area. When her business partner Sue fell ill, Karen stepped in to help write restaurant reviews, recipes, and food events.

Eileen lives in Sacramento, is married and has a daughter, son-in-law and 3 granddaughters. She also has 4 horses, 3 cats and 2 dogs and helps run a business with her husband when not cooking or eating.
