Saturday my family (daughter, son-in-law and 3 girls) left for Naples Italy for three years. It was a traumatic morning saying goodbye at the airport. Before heading back to Sacramento we had lunch in beautiful La Jolla. We had lunch at George's Ocean Terrace. George's is divided into three different restaurants. The George's California Modern is on the lower level and is the steak and seafood restaurant. George's Bar is on the middle level and the Ocean Terrace is on the upper level and is the only open air restaurant of the three. All three have beautiful ocean views but the Terrace is casual and like I said all open.
Look at the gorgeous view you get from the top. It was just what I needed to relax and cheer me up.
The food was delicious and colorful!
