Sopes with Chile de Arbol Salsa & Queso Cortija

That was the class tonight at the Sacramento Natural Food Co-op. Instructor Dionesio (Dio) Esperas was the instructor. He is great, has a wonderful personality and makes the class a lot of fun. Tonight's class was hands on, meaning we got to make our Papusas and Arepas. All the dishes were fun and very tasty. Here are some pictures of the class. If you want any recipes please let me know.
