Tonight we went to Mel and Dave's Cooking Schmooking..No Problem for a Pig cook out. Wow.. Dave had a special box to barbecue a whole pig that they got at Taylors market. Dave did a phenomenal job.. it was so good! They also had barbecued a turkey for those that didn't eat pork plus grilled corn and asparagus and lots of condiments. I didn't have any of the turkey, but everyone said it was great. Plus everyone brought side dishes which were delicious a well. I made a birthday cake and some cupcakes for Dave's parents birthday. They are the cutest couple. There was wide mix of people which made for an interesting evening. It was a fun night with lots of great food and great people.
