I think Spring must be in the air... at least spring cleaning. I finally got rid of all my knives that I never use, I got a drawer organizer and a couple of new knives. I even took a few to be sharpened! Wow. I know, your not supposed to let the knives touch one another.. but I still don't have enough space to separate all my knives. So, the ones I seldom use are relegated to a stack as are the steak knives, spatulas etc.I'm just impressed with myself that I got this organized : )
