OK, so my doves don't look as appetizing as Hank's over at Hunter Angler Gardener Cook — Finding the Forgotten Feast . I had my husband bring home a couple of doves after reading Hank's recipe for grilling doves. I have to say, it is a winner. My husband doesn't like the "dark meat" the doves have but he said this was the best version of dove that he has had. Thank you Hank for a great recipe._Eileen_
