Bubba's Jamacian Barbecue...Where did you go?

For about a month now I'd been seeing this guy barbcueing next to the little grocery store in the town of Freeport.  I didn't see much action but he'd be out there barbecuing away every day.  One day I saw his sign that said Jamacian Barbecue. I thought that it sounded interesting and thought I'd stop by one of these days.  The day I dedcided to stop of course he wasn't there.  The next day he was back again and there was a line of people.  Seems word had gotten out about his food.
I ordered the combo meal which was half a chicken breast, four meaty ribs and sides of macaroni salad and fruit salad, $12.00 for a ton of food.  Both the chicken and the ribs had been rubbed with a jerk type seasoning that was delicious and had a hint of heat.  The ribs were meaty and juicy and the best ribs I've had in a long time.  Normally I don't like barbecued chicken because it tends to be dry, especially the breast.  This was wonderful moist chicken.  The rub really shined though on the chicken.  You could taste the different spices that went  into the rub, so so good!
The sides..meh..store bought macaroni salad and a fresh fruit salad but that's not what you go for anyway.  I had asked him if he minded if I blog about his barbecue and he was hesitant because his permit hadn't come through yet and he didn't want to jepordize that.  I told him that was fine and I'd check back with him in a couple of weeks.  Well, that was about 3 weeks ago and now he's gone!  I had read on one of his price lists something about being near the new Walgreens on Florin Rd/Meadowview but I really wasn't paying much attention to it.  I don't know if he opened up a little restaurant near there, maybe across the street in the strip mall or what.  Maybe that was his way of advertising his new place?  I haven't had time to go see. I hope I didn't scare him off.. I want some more chicken and ribs.
If anyone sees a sign for Bubba's Jamacian Barbecue stop and get some it is the best!  I'll have to check around the area and see if I can find him.  If anyone has seen him, let me know.
