The Great Butcher



Grilled Salmon, grilled asparagus and quinoa salad.

This isn't really about the food, this is about the great butcher at Bel Air on Florin Rd and South Land Park Dr. I've been shopping there for years and there is one butcher there that has the best knowledge of cooking just about anything. After all this time I still don't know his name, maybe someone out there does. He is a Black guy..that's all I can tell you. He is a really nice guy and if you have any questions regarding meat or fish he is the Man. He can give you recipes and cooking tips for just about anything. I bought the salmon yesterday and he asked if I was going to barbecue it or bake it.. I wasn't sure at the time. He wanted me to try a Lemon Garlic and Dill cooking sauce but they were out of stock on it. He said he really liked asparagus with the salmon. Great idea.. so here it is.. grilled salmon with garlic,lemon and dill butter and grill asparagus with lemon butter. Great idea butcher man.
