This is hard... who would think writing down a happy moment in one's day would be so difficult.
I really had to think about this.
My happy moment was waking up snuggled under the comforter with a dog on one side, a cat on my chest, a dog at the foot of the bed and a cat next to me and my husband somewhere on the other side of the bed.
This is a good exercise, it makes you think about the day.
It's the happiest moment..I am sure you had other happy moments during your day. If not, call me! :)
